🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a sales or customer service environment.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Experience in managing a team and overseeing daily operations in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as customer relationship management.
