This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve restaurant performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
