📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the coordination of fleet activities and schedules,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements,Manage and monitor fleet performance and maintenance,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures,Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet vehicles,Provide training and support to fleet drivers and staff,Maintain accurate records and reports of fleet activities🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Proven track record of managing fleet operations and ensuring compliance,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and experience driving fleet vehicles,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations🛠️ Keahlian
