📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored strategies for business transformation.
• Design and implement process optimization initiatives, leveraging tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capacity and drive adoption of new processes and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of organizational changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of our consulting engagements.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers, articles, and case studies, to showcase the expertise of Strategic Edge Consulting.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in organizational consulting, process optimization, or change management, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, or other relevant process improvement frameworks are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in working with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as familiarity with consulting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, with Indonesian language skills being a plus.
