Lingkungan Joko Health Center is looking for a dedicated Assistant Cook to join our team. As an Assistant Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients and staff receive nutritious and delicious meals. This position offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the center's dietary guidelines and menu plans.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.,Assist the head cook in training and supervising junior staff.,Ensure that all meals are served on time and meet the nutritional requirements.,Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining areas.,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of nutrition and diet planning is a plus.
