📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
• Design visuals, including infographics, banners, and promotional materials, using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to support our business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform our content and visual communication efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and quality across all communication materials.
• Support our corporate communications by drafting press releases, newsletters, and other internal documents.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas.
• Assist in organizing and participating in events, both internal and external, to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Proficiency in using design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with steel industry trends and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
