📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.,Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients.,Assist in creating and managing event budgets and schedules.,Coordinate with the banquet staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of event reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or banquet services.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
