📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and treatment.,Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.,Prepare and administer medications as directed by the physician.,Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.,Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy.,Participate in patient education and support programs.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Support the nursing team in achieving the hospital's quality and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse's Aide or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Familiarity with hospital protocols and guidelines.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid certification or license as a Nurse's Aide (if required by local regulations).
