📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food standards.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with a smile, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the dining area for events and special occasions.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet guest expectations.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.
