📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
