Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Design, implement, and maintain our DevOps infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.,Automate our deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform, reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.,Monitor and optimize our systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.,Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.,Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and best practices, and implement relevant improvements in our processes.,Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely resolution of production issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with a strong background in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring DevOps teams.,Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.,Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
