📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers.,Oversee the daily operations of the distribution team, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that distribution plans align with business objectives.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards in the distribution process.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies and improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of distribution management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.
