In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.,Ensure food quality and safety by following health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen setting.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
