📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.,Promote banking and financial products and services to customers through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and digital platforms.,Assist in the processing of customer transactions, including account openings, closures, and other banking services.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.,Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and performance metrics.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant banking software and systems.,Familiarity with banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
