Sales Executive – Sensi + Minikidi

PT. Mulia Artha Saudara is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. You will be responsible for driving sales growth for our premium brands Sensi and Minikidi in the Sidoarjo and Mojokerto areas. As a Sales Executive at PT. Mulia Artha Saudara, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and build strong relationships to drive sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage sales targets and KPIs for Sensi and Minikidi products.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Promote products through various sales channels, including retail stores, online platforms, and events.
• Analyze sales data using SAP and other sales tools to make informed decisions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and other sales management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
