Direct Life Abadi is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Field Sales professional to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
