Tanggung Jawab:
Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards.Implement and maintain new manufacturing technologies and equipment.Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.Provide technical support and training to junior technicians.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, with at least 2 years in a senior technical role.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.Experience with process improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen).Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork skills.🛠️ Keahlian
