📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities to foster a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and social media engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards.,Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-efficient operations.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and maintain brand consistency.,Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop or similar establishment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of marketing and promotional strategies, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
