📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer orders.,Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.,Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to improve menu offerings.,Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels for smooth kitchen operations.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage and supervise a team.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
