📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized consultations to patients, explaining the benefits and features of different hearing aid models.
• Monitor and adjust hearing aid settings as needed to maintain optimal performance.
• Educate patients on the proper use and maintenance of their hearing aids.
• Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive hearing healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Audiometry, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hearing aid dispensary or related role.
• Certification as a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) from a recognized professional organization.
• Proficiency in using hearing aid fitting software such as Starkey, Oticon, or Phonak.
