📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Utilize HRIS systems like BambooHR and SuccessFactors to manage employee data and processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
• Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and training employees.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as BambooHR and SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
