📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and conflicts.
• Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and offering jobs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools like BambooHR or Workday.
• Coordinate with managers to understand departmental needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
• Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as processing payroll and benefits.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to enhance the company's HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools like BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
