📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs for applicators and contractors using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure applicators and contractors meet industry standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training materials.
• Provide feedback and coaching to applicators and contractors to enhance their performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
• Monitor and report on training program outcomes and participant feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the construction or related industries.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
