📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system uptime.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and perform regular audits.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft 365, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
