📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, outlining performance metrics and strategies for improvement.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential clients and stay updated on the latest trends.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to healthcare providers to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
